THE TOYS FUNFAIR

PADDINGTON, our English guest is well-known in our school. Brtween 21-25 May we celebrated the days of our school. PADDINGTON took part at toys funfair organised by the primary school children. It was admired by the pupils and every primary school clasroom invited him to join in.

L'Escoleta.

The nursery pupils from l'Escoleta came to our school to visit Martinel, the pre-primary pupils and their teachers. They really enjoyed the visit!

Faustina in Poland.

We're happy to host the Italian blond goat Faustina  in our school. Just in the very beginning of her stay on 10 May 2012 she "took part" in the traditional Street Races named after the patron of our school Joseph Piłasudski and she  together with the pupil from the class IIa won the first place in the youngest group of participants. Look, she's happy and proud. ..... And the girls are proud of her too.

This project is carried out between our school,which is situated beside the river Jiu and a school from Ramnicu Valcea,which is situated beside the river Olt.

Tusia visits Brancusi's monuments

Tusia and our Year 5 students visited Brancusi's monuments last week.They saw "The Table of Silence" and "The Gate of the Kiss",which are considered to be two of the great works of 20th century outdoor sculpture.

A"different"show

The students of our school organised before the Easter holiday a different show.Why was different? Because the entire programme of the show was presented in English and French.Tusia was there,too and she had a lot of fun.
